1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) of order placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the standard delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas / North East / J&K: 7-10 business days.
Please note: Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or logistical network issues may cause slight delays. We ask for your patience in such events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select pin codes. A flat COD handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders, regardless of order value.
4. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We have partnered with reliable logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email containing the tracking link. You can use this link to track your parcel's live journey.
5. RTO (Return to Origin) & Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incomplete address, wrong phone number, or the customer refusing to accept the package:
- For Prepaid orders: We will issue a refund minus the forward and reverse shipping charges (₹150).
- We strongly request you to double-check your shipping address and contact number during checkout.
6. International Shipping
Currently, VIAM Jewels ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
