Is VIAM jewellery made of real gold or silver? No. All our products are premium artificial, imitation, and fashion jewellery. We use high-quality base metals like brass, copper alloys, and German silver, which are then micro-plated to resemble gold, rhodium, or oxidized silver.
Will the jewellery tarnish or turn black? All artificial jewellery will eventually tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals. However, our pieces feature anti-tarnish coatings. With proper care (refer to our Jewellery Care Guide), the finish can last 6 to 12 months or even longer.
Are the stones real diamonds? No. We use high-grade American Diamonds (Cubic Zirconia), synthetic Kundan, Polki, and premium glass stones to give a brilliant, diamond-like sparkle without the heavy cost.
2. Orders & Shipping
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. A flat COD handling fee of ₹99 applies.
How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
Can I change my address after placing the order? Yes, provided the order has not been dispatched yet. Please email us at support@viamjewels.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
3. Returns & Refunds
My product arrived damaged. What should I do? Please record a continuous unboxing video when you open the parcel. Email the video to us within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Can I return earrings if they don't suit my face? Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and nose rings unless they were damaged in transit.
