At VIAM Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted artificial jewellery. We have a strict quality-check process before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, we are here to help.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or missing item, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the original sealed packaging being opened.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained to prevent fraudulent claims.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and Nose rings (due to hygiene protocols).
- Items bought during clearance sales or flash sales.
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@viamjewels.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and the mandatory unboxing video/photos.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100 may be deducted from the refund, unless the item was damaged in transit).
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Prepaid Orders: Processed within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account/UPI details to process the refund within 7-10 business days. Store credit is also available.
6. Exchanges
We offer size or design exchanges subject to availability. If the required exchange item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided.
