1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
We understand that you might change your mind. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us immediately at support@viamjewels.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #YourOrderID".
- If the cancellation is approved before shipping, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the product after it has been shipped, please refuse to accept the delivery when the courier attempts it.
- For Prepaid Orders: Once the unaccepted parcel returns to our warehouse (RTO), we will process your refund minus the forward and reverse shipping costs (₹150).
- For COD Orders: Habitual refusal of COD orders at the doorstep will result in the customer being banned from placing future COD orders on our platform.
3. Cancellations by VIAM Jewels
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may happen due to:
- The product being out of stock or failing our pre-dispatch quality check.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.
